Luxury yacht totally destroyed by fire

The "Angra" went up in flames on Sep 20, 2015, at 6 p.m. off Posillipo. The owner, Aurelio de Laurentiis, president of the SSC Naples, was aboard with his wife, his son and other relatives as well as a Crew of four, underway to watch the Soccer game Naples-Lazio Rom in the San Paolo-Stadium, when the ship caught fire by a short circuit. Another boat took off the castaways and transported them to Mergellina gebracht, doch das Boot wurde zerstört. At 7.50 p.m. two fire boats were able to douse most of the flames. The wreck, being escorted by the patrol boat "CP 890“ was towed to Naples by the tug "Guarracino". It was thought to have become a total loss.
