Well boat grounded at Alverstraumen

On Jan 20, 2019, the "Reflex", coming from Torangsvag, ran aground in Alverstraumen in Lindås. The well boat was enroute to Alversund with a crew of four people on board when it got stuck at the south side of Kongsholmen just below the Alversund bridge. The MRCC sent a lifeboat to the scene. The "Reflex" did not take in water. The cause of the grounding was unclear, but the fairway was quite narrow in the area. After it was pulled free by the lifeboat, it berthed in Maløy on Jan 21 at 8.15 a.m. The ship left the port again the same day at 4.10 p.m. after investigations and headed to Fosnavåg, before proceeding to Sandnessjøn via Aalesund and Kristiansund with an ETA as of Jan 23, 5 p.m. Norwegian reports with photos: https://www.bt.no/direkte/krim/pinned/126819 https://www.nordhordland.no/nyheiter/alversund/alverstraumen/bat-gjekk-pa-grunn-i-alverstraumen/s/5-33-237736
