The 14-member crew of the "Sea Wind" was left almost without any food and water near the Brazilian port Victoria, waiting for several days to enter for loading. The ship arrived off the port already on Mar 15, 2011. The sea is rough, and Brazilian authorities do not risk sending boats with supplies. The Maritime Administration is in constant touch with the captain, who has said they were able to get closer to the shore, and hope to receive food and water in the afternoon of Apr 12. The ship has crew of 14, among them 10 Bulgarians. The Maritime Administration in Panama, under whose flag the ship is sailing, has been notified.
