The 'SMS Panamera' was detained in Yalova on Jan 23 with 12 deficiencies - two of which being regarded as seriously and grounds for a detention: 1) Pollution Prevention - Ballast Water Management System Malfunctioning 2) Fire safety - Fire doors/openings in fire resisting division Not as required The vessel was released again on Jan 30 and proceeded to the Istanbul Anchorage. This was the third detention within about two months with the last ones only on Jan 8 in Novorossiysk with 17 deficiencies for one week and on Nov 15, 2025, also in Novorossiysk, with seven deficiencies for eight days. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063576908591

The "SMS Panamera", which had been sailing as 'Prince Mouhammad' until recently, was detained on Nov 15 in Novorossiysk with seven deficiencies: 1) Labour conditions - Dangerous areas Unsafe 2) Labour conditions - Access / structural deatures (Ship) Not as required 3) Life saving Appliances - Lifebuoys incl provision and disposition Not as required 4) Water/Weathertight - Railing, walkway and means for safe passage Not as required 5) Pollution Prevention - Ballast Water Management Plan Not as required 6) Safety of navigation - Monitoring of voyage or passage plan Not as required 7) Fire safety - Fire dampers Inoperative The vessel was released again on Nov 23 and sailed for Damietta.
