Russian shadow tanker transited Fehmarn Belt

On May 1, 2026, the 'Rainbow Warrior', belonging to the Russian shadow fleet, transited the Fehmarn Belt, enroute from Aliaga with a cargo of oil, to Primorsk with an ETA as of May 17. The ship was escorted by the Russian corvette 'Stavropol'. The patrol boat ' Eschwege' of the German Federal Police monitored the transit.
