Bulk carrier Grace (11848 gt, built 1999), en route from Tuzla, Turkey to Constantza, Romania, in ballast condition, experienced technical failure, at southern entrance of Istanbul Strait, at 0300 hrs, today. Subsequently, the vessel got shifted from incident place to Anchorage area, under its own power. The repair works are being carried out by crew members and the vessel remains stationary at Anchorage position, as of 0800 hrs, today, Sept. 20.
