Wed Jun 16 10:46:33 CEST 2010 Timsen

The „Discovery Enterprise“ was struck by lightning during the oil recovery operation in the Gulf of Mexico on June 15, 2010, and subsequently caught fire. The pumping works had to be interrupted, but were continued in the afternoon after the fire was contained. The ship is storing the oil which is pumped from the blow hole on the sinking site of the „Deepwater Horizon“.
