Multratug 12 towed sheerleg to sunken tanker in Hansweert

On May 24, 2011, the "Multratug 12" towed the sheerleg "Cormorant" to Hansweert after Multraship was contracted to raise the Belgian cement tanker "Con Zelo", 354 ts (ENI-No.: 06503051) which sank in the outer harbour of Hansweert on May 22. The sinking site was protected with buoys and oil booms. Also involved in the salvage operation are the "Charlie" and "Foxtrot", and a security zone was established and surveyed by the "Maeslant" and "RWS 22" of Rijkswaterstaat. Salvage work was to start on May 25.
