The "Vulin", owned by West Denizcilik Ticaret, was detained for the third time within less than a year, this time on July 30 in Goole with 17 deficiencies, two of which being regarded as seriously and grounds for a detention" 1) Emergency system - Fire drills Lack of training 2) ISM - Ism certificate Not as required The vessel was released again on Aug 11. The inspection led to a refusal of access to Paris-MOU ports. On March 8, 2026, the 'Vulin' was detained for the second time within little more than half a year, this time in Boston, UK, with eight deficiencies, four of which being regarded as seriously and grounds for a detention: 1) Certificate & Doc - Safety management certificate Invalid 2) Other - Other Other 3) Emergency system - Emergency source of power - emergency generator Not as required 4) ISM - Ism certificate Not as required The vessel was released again on March 11 and left the port enroute to Antwerp.
