Detention in Fos-sur-Mèr

The 'Rio Fyn' has been detained in the port of Fos-Sur-Mer, Marseille, since Nov 24, 2025, and has been relocated to a new berth on the Fos roadstead after several moves. It had sailed from Ceuta on Nov 18. The ship was followed by the tanker 'Oriental Acacia' (IMO: 9553048), which has been detained in Marseille-Fos on Jan 26, 2026, by port state inspectors at the Lyondell Basell Services France SAS. It had sailed from Rotterdam on Jan 5 and arrived off Marseille on Jan 17.

Tanker disabled and adrift

The "Alksia Swan" was disabled and adrift in the North Atlantic since late May 20, 2015. The vessel was en route from Eastham to Puerto Cabello. The ship was drifting in northwest direction in position 33 30N 034 10W, around 500 nm southwest of Ponta Delgada late on May 22.
