Detention in Novorossiysk

The 'SH Express' was detained in Novorossiysk on July 15, 2026, with four detainable defiencies: 11128 - Life saving appliances - Line-throwing appliance - no responsibility of RO; 4102 - Emergency Systems - Emergency fire pump and its pipes - no responsibility of RO; 4103 - Emergency Systems - Emergency, lighting,batteries and switches - no responsibility of RO; 7117 - Fire safety - Jacketed high pressure lines and oil leakage alarm - no responsibility of RO.

Failure of emergeny support systems

The "Kovalevych" suffered a technical failure with emergency support systems on Dec 6, 2018, at the port of Gemlik. The departure permission has been cancelled by the harbour master until completion of permanent repairs. A state surveyor attended on board, in order to verify the final repair status. Repairs were being carried out by the crew and the vessel remained stationary at the Roda Liman Container Terminal on Dec 8.
